A1A Limo’s corporate headquarters are located in Palm Beach County Florida, but we service every major airport in the United States and Europe through our network of affiliates.

How are you Licensed and Insured?

A1A Limo carries Liability insurance well in excess of the statutory requirements.

Do you require a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, A1A Limo requires a credit card to guarantee your reservation, but you may choose to pay by cash or with a local check if you prefer.

When will my Credit Card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you book your reservation, just like when you book a ticket with the airlines. You can request that we charge your card on the day of service. Should you cancel prior to our cancellation period your card will be refunded in full upon cancellation.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

All transfers (Airport Arrivals or Departures as well as Point to Point Transfers) must be cancelled more than 4 hour prior to scheduled pick up time / departure time or full charges apply.

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged for all charters at the time of booking.
All charters (hourly / as directed Events) must be cancelled more that (7) seven days prior to the scheduled pick up time or full charges apply

Motor Coaches must be cancelled (4) days prior to scheduled pick up time or full charges apply.
A no-show fee equal to the full cost of the trip, plus all applicable fees including gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

To avoid this no-show fee customer must call 800-330-4762 and advise dispatch of your exact location.
